Steps to Raise Your Vibration

All individuals give off certain vibrations when they feel, think, and act. And the people around you feel the vibration you give off – be it negative or positive! By raising your personal vibration, you can support your mind body and spirit. As a result, your energy levels will have the right balance and your mind will become happy and peaceful.

As the Law of Attraction states, a person can attain positive or negative results based on the kind of vibration he or she gives away! If you have made a choice to make things better in your life, yes, you are on the right place to raise your vibration.  I will discuss a few tips here here to share with you on how you can start attracting more positive experiences and overall abundance in your life, by raising your vibration.

Feed your mind with positive thoughts + Filter your thoughts

Mixture of thoughts may bombard your mind all day long, but learn to filter your thoughts by replacing any negative thoughts with a thought that makes you happy. Make this a practice. This works wonders towards raising your vibration.

Choose positive words

If you wish to have more money and abundance in life, do not talk about not having money. Instead, only talk positively about having money, as your words and thoughts attracts what you want in life. Avoid negative conversations as they can bring your vibration to lower levels. Start your day, repeating positive words like “I’m having a wonderful day”!

Surround yourself with positive people

Your personal vibration largely depends on the kind of people you surround yourself with. Try to be in the company of positive people, who can inspire and turn your dreams in to reality. Such people helps you grow, understand your abilities and hence can always have a strong impact on your positive vibration.

Have healthy food

Wondering how food can have an impact on your thoughts? Definitely yes! Certain food can lower your energy and vibration. For example, have you feel the difference in your body and mood after eating french fries? Personally I prefer fresh fruit juice and vegetables rather than the canned ones as they just taste so much better! I recommend pure fresh fruits and vegetables as they are good alternatives to raise your vibrations. They are natural healers. If possible try to avoid alcohol and drugs that may harm your thoughts. Drinking lots of water helps to detoxify your body.

Spending time in front of television, listening to news can only hamper your positive thoughts. So a good option is to invest your time in reading spiritual or inspirational books and watching spiritual videos. In fact, even a comedy can be good (I’m a big fan of comedies and animation. Hello Minions and Monsters Inc!). We can never laugh too much! 🙂

Meditate, exercise and listen to good music

Meditation can help you to know yourself better. Simply find a peaceful spot, sit in a relaxing position, and set your thoughts free. Initially you may find it bit difficult to manage your thought process. But a regular meditation can help you eliminate negative thoughts and improve your spiritual, physical, and emotional self.

A 20 minutes workout allows blood circulation and it keeps you energized. It not only strengthens your entire body, but also supports your mental and emotional states. May be you can tune in to your favorite music, to pump in more positive vibrations.

Do things that make you feel good. Maybe by offering help to others or making a gratitude list can shift your vibration instantly. A gratitude list can help you focus on what is more abundant in your life. The better you feel about yourself and your life the higher will be your vibration.
